- For a successful return, ensure your item is in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start your return process, contact us at support@soujita.com. Please note that returns initiated without prior communication will not be accepted.
- Kindly anticipate potential delays in shipping your goods.
- If your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending back your package.
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll promptly notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
- Should you encounter any issues with your order such as defects, damages, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately for assistance.
